People need to learn to be more discreet. I did not need to see that.

Why have these things turned into a dating service? And can I keep a Nogtail as a pet? I'm not big on animals, but I believe one would come in handy.

I am supposed to come back home tomorrow, have a day off - and in that day off watch my spoiled brat of a nephew. Please don't be so shocked, you haven't met the child or seen his hourly temper tantrums. What part of "No, I refuse, Heidi" does my sister not get? Honestly, there are babysitters everywhere though I wouldn't trust the one collecting children like candy even if it was to look after Frances she doesn't need me.

Today, Oma sent me a box of Dutch chocolate, Mum agreed to pay half my rent and Pa agreed to pay the other half of my rent. Got to love non-communicating, divorced parents. All I need now is to find somewhere new to live.

Subject: Need A Night Out?
Security: Public

I'll make this something of an entertainment guide, highlights only.

Of course, things started off with a bang - or so we hear - with the Grand Re-Opening of The Leaky Cauldron last night. I can't say the establishment was ever at all to my liking, and really had little hope it had improved over time. It's one thing to run a dusty pub with an even dustier barman. That retains an almost classic atmosphere. Letting it fall into the hands of a perky, young Hufflepuff is another.

The highlights for those wanting to head out tonight include an Open Mic Night at The Brazen Unicorn. It's a weekly event, and I thought it had just about as much promise as last night's reopening, but then I was notified of the delightful and very entertaining talent that signs up for these nights. No need to fear lamer than lame jokes, or awkward pauses. Not a family night out though. The comedy is adult-rated and the music is LOUD. Excellent stuff.

The other option would be trying Garrison's. It recently opened up down the far end of Diagon, near Gringott's and they have a special on steaks tonight and a reliable taste in wine.

Wednesday night is the Acoustic Benefit Concert your local rockgods are throwing in favour of raising awareness about some bullshit or another.... something. Tickets are sold out, but I have two. You'll have to give me a very, very good bribe if you want them.

I cannot find anything even remotely interesting to fill up a Thursday night - but as I'm going off with the WS's on a short tour, I don't really care. Thus, the guide ends here.

Please don't ask me anything about my personal life. It would be better for all parties concerned that everyone just leave me the fuck alone.

For those who are bound to inquire, work is fine. I'm fine. Just a little hungry.
